RETURN POLICY

ULTRAMART INC. guarantees to replace exchange or provide store credit with proper identification, and providing the receipt, or verifying through customers account online:

 

1.    Any product that is defective, damaged, or spoiled may be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit with proper identification, when accompanied by a receipt, or verified through the customer's store account

2.    We do not receive credit for grocery impersonal care items unless they are damaged before purchase, defective, or spoiled before the expiration date. 

3.    We CANNOT resell returned grocery item and personal care items. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for exchange, refund or store credit on grocery or personal care item unless they are defective, damaged, or spoiled before purchase.

4.    Some items may not be returnable, please feel free to call us and we will happily let you know if we can take it back!
